Returns policy<\/h2>

We hope you love your order, but completely understand there may be times when you need to return something to us.<\/p>

A link to the online returns form can be found in this help section under the My Order category<\/u><\/strong><\/a> <\/u><\/strong>but if you need any help, or have any questions about a return, please use the contact form<\/u><\/strong><\/a> to get in touch with our support team.<\/p>

You may cancel your order or return your products for free at any time from within the UK, up until 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. <\/p>

Common Returns questions<\/strong><\/h3>

What items can be returned?<\/strong><\/p>

Unless they are defective,\u00a0we cannot accept returns of custom products, sample orders<\/strong>, or any products that have been\u00a0washed<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0worn<\/strong>.<\/p>

We kindly ask that any items you return are clean, free from marks, and in a resalable condition. <\/p>

They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.<\/p>

Can I exchange an item for a different item?<\/strong><\/p>

We can only exchange like-for-like designs, for the same product in a different size or colour option shown on the returns form. If you'd prefer a different design or product style, we recommend sending your item back for a refund and placing a new order in the meantime.<\/p>

What if my exchange request is out of stock?<\/strong><\/p>

If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternative exchange options. Where none are available, we will notify you of a refund on the item.<\/p>

Will I be charged for the exchange order?<\/strong><\/p>

We operate a free exchange policy<\/strong> and so you will not be charged.\u00a0<\/p>

Please note, all orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of \u20ac150. <\/p>

When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK<\/strong>, depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. <\/p>

Any additional charges for customs and\/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.<\/p>

Will any import duties be refunded?<\/strong><\/p>

We're unable to refund any import duties paid on the original parcel.<\/p>

Can I return items from different orders together in one parcel?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes you can, but you must complete the online returns form for the items in each different order number and make sure to include all of the Customer Returns Label Reference Numbers on a note within the parcel, so that our returns team can process your requests.<\/p>

UK Returns<\/strong><\/p>

For UK orders we offer a Freepost address which you should receive in your returns label when you complete the online returns form. <\/p>

This means UK orders are free to return<\/strong> and you shouldn't need to pay any postage.\u00a0<\/p>

If you don't have a printer, the email includes a QR code you can take to your local Post Office and they will scan it in for you.<\/p>

Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt for tracking your parcel online.<\/p>

Alternatively, if the parcel fits, you can pop it back to us using your nearest post box, however, it's worth noting you won't have proof of postage for this, and returns may take slightly longer to arrive.<\/p>

EU and Rest of the World Returns<\/strong><\/p>

Once you've completed the online returns form<\/u><\/strong><\/a>, received your returns label and have packaged up your items, you'll need to pay to post your parcel back to us<\/strong>.<\/p>

The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country.<\/p>

Please ensure you request a receipt and and keep proof of
